1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using IoT Simulator (the "Service"), provided by IoT Simulator Corp ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. We encourage the use of "strong" passwords and Multi-Factor Authentication where available.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IoT Simulator and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. User Content and Private Projects

Our platform allows you to create circuits, write code, and save projects ("User Content"). Your projects are private by default and stored in your personal vault.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to the content you create and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Disclaimer of Simulation Accuracy

The service is provided for prototyping and educational purposes. While we strive for high fidelity, simulations may not perfectly reflect physical hardware behavior. Electrical characteristics, timing jitter, and environmental interference in the real world cannot be fully replicated. Always validate critical systems on physical hardware before deployment.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IoT Simulator, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
